Terms and Conditions

United Sprinklers Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

Welcome to United Sprinklers, LLC (“United Sprinklers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, contacting our business, scheduling services, receiving services, submitting payment, or receiving SMS communications from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. Services

United Sprinklers provides irrigation system installation, repair, maintenance, seasonal start-ups, winterization, inspections, drainage-related services, and related irrigation services.

All services are subject to:

• Weather conditions
• Site accessibility
• Equipment availability
• Technician scheduling

We reserve the right to decline services if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, hazardous, or outside the scope of irrigation work.

  1. Estimates and Payments

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

• Actual site conditions
• System complexity
• Additional repairs required
• Hidden or underground conditions discovered during service

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Check
• Zelle
• Venmo
• Credit Card
• ACH
• Other methods approved by United Sprinklers

Sprinkler and irrigation systems are complex mechanical systems. Additional failures, leaks, wiring faults, valve issues, drainage problems, pressure issues, controller malfunctions, pipe failures, backflow issues, electrical issues, or other unrelated problems may occur before, during, or after service.

United Sprinklers only warrants the specific services, repairs, and materials explicitly listed on the customer invoice. Components, zones, wiring, valves, pipes, drains, controllers, fittings, manifolds, backflow devices, sleeves, low-voltage wiring, or other system parts not specifically invoiced or replaced are not covered under any warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

United Sprinklers does not guarantee that diagnosing or repairing one issue will identify or resolve all irrigation system issues.

If a customer declines payment for a completed repair, installed part, diagnostic work, labor, or service already performed, the customer acknowledges that they are opting out of that repair or service. United Sprinklers may, at its discretion, remove installed components and/or restore the system to its prior condition where reasonably possible. The customer understands and agrees that reverting the system to a prior condition may result in leaks, non-operation, reduced functionality, additional system failures, flooding, drainage issues, electrical faults, or other irrigation-related problems, and United Sprinklers shall not be responsible for resulting conditions or damages.

By submitting payment, including payment by credit card, debit card, ACH, check, Zelle, Venmo, or any other electronic payment method, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions published on this website, including warranty limitations, limitation of liability provisions, service authorizations, and payment dispute policies.

Customers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes for completed services, approved repairs, diagnostic work, technician time, travel time, materials, emergency service calls, or services authorized verbally, electronically, by text message, through scheduling systems, or through on-site approval.

United Sprinklers may use invoices, estimates, photographs, technician notes, communication logs, GPS data, call recordings, text messages, scheduling confirmations, and service documentation in response to payment disputes or chargebacks.

  1. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic delays
• Emergency service calls
• Prior job overruns
• Equipment or supplier delays

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the service location, including access to water sources, irrigation controls, valve boxes, mechanical rooms, crawl spaces, garages, and other necessary work areas.

If possible, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

United Sprinklers reserves the right to charge service fees, trip charges, diagnostic charges, or cancellation fees for missed appointments, inaccessible systems, locked properties, or last-minute cancellations.

  1. Property Conditions and Underground Risks

The customer acknowledges that irrigation systems are underground systems and may contain concealed conditions that cannot reasonably be identified prior to excavation or service.

United Sprinklers is not responsible for:

• Hidden underground conditions
• Unknown wire paths
• Unmarked utilities
• Existing pipe weaknesses
• Root intrusion
• Soil shifting
• Corroded components
• Prior improper installations
• Landscaping damage reasonably necessary to access or repair irrigation components

Customers are responsible for identifying private utilities, pet fencing, invisible fences, landscape lighting wiring, septic systems, propane lines, and other private underground systems not marked by utility locating services.

  1. Warranty Limitations

Any warranty provided by United Sprinklers applies only to the specific repair or replacement listed on the invoice and does not extend to the entire irrigation system.

Warranty coverage may be void if:

• Another contractor modifies the repaired area
• The system is tampered with after service
• Freeze damage occurs
• Improper drainage or water conditions exist
• Electrical surges or lightning occur
• Customer misuse or neglect occurs

Warranty claims must be reported promptly.

United Sprinklers does not warrant:

• Existing systems as a whole
• Previously installed customer-owned parts
• Underground wiring integrity outside repaired areas
• Pre-existing leaks or weaknesses
• Drainage conditions
• Water pressure supplied by municipalities or wells

  1. Seasonal Services and Winterization

Winterization and blowout services reduce the risk of freeze damage but do not guarantee prevention of freeze damage under all circumstances.

Freeze damage may still occur due to:

• Extreme temperatures
• Improper prior installations
• Incomplete drainage
• Power outages
• System design limitations
• Undetected low areas or trapped water

Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate heat and protection for exposed plumbing, backflows, and related equipment.

  1. Scheduling and Service Delays

United Sprinklers shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Supplier shortages
• Traffic
• Equipment failures
• Labor shortages
• Acts of God
• Government restrictions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Estimated arrival windows are approximate only and not guaranteed appointment times.
